How to reverse the trend in time when bookings for the key summer season fall short of expectations.
Before the start of the summer season, bookings at Terme Snovik were falling short of expectations. Website traffic had not dropped significantly, but users were not converting into enough enquiries, creating a clear risk to the results of the most important part of the season.
We needed a fast, measurable solution. The goal was to increase campaign reach, generate more high-quality enquiries and direct the advertising budget towards the channels that could deliver results most quickly.

approach
How we connected Performance Max with Google Search, Meta and remarketing into a unified enquiry generation system.
The Terme Snovik team developed a special summer offer, and we built a multi-channel media strategy around it. We used Meta Ads to extend reach among relevant target audiences, Google Search to capture existing search intent and GDN remarketing to re-engage visitors.
The key change was the introduction of Performance Max campaigns in three markets. We focused the campaigns on one clear objective: submitting an enquiry through the website form.
We adapted the strategy to each market and language, continuously monitoring and optimising the results. Performance Max quickly proved to be the strongest paid channel for generating conversions during the measured period.

results
547 enquiries and a 79% improvement compared with the same period a year earlier.
From May to July, 547 enquiries were submitted, compared with 305 in the same period a year earlier, representing growth of approximately 79%.
Performance Max alone generated 212 conversions at an average cost of €9.56 per enquiry and accounted for approximately 38.9% of all conversions. The Terme Snovik project showed how rapid action, a clear conversion goal and the right mix of channels can significantly improve results, even when the season initially falls short of expectations.
